The Plant, located at 1400 W. 46th Street in Chicago's Back of the Yard District on the south side

is a labor of love for its owner, John Edel, and the many volunteers and entrepreneurs who are helping to

create an amazing model of sustainability and a vision of what's possible in urban agriculture
