I'm very happy with my newly refinished oak floors.  Everyone was pleasant and courteous.  It was made clear to me in advance that "dustless" does not mean totally without dust--I was prepared for some clean up after.  I'm very happy and plan to use this company for future work I need done.  There was a bit of a communication problem, but good efforts were made to correct this and I was satisfied.  They really want to please their customers.  M.P.
